ThisΦ140mm three pair roller quick open straightener is designed and manufactured for WSP by TZCE. With high precision , it is the national key new products and technology innovation in major national research project in 2002, which reachs the international advanced level. In the area of innovation, we have 2 Invention and 1 utility model technology patents.
This unit consists of straightener body , main drive device, hydraulic system, grease lubrication system, change roller device (hydraulic) and electrical system.
The body of straightener consists of stand device, working roller device, upper and lower roller adjustment locking device, balance and quick open device, hydraulic and lubrication piping. Stand device consists of upper beam,lower base and 8 column. The upper beam and lower base are welding parts, column are alloy forging. After assembly, the stand become prestressed tensile stand with the character of small deformation and high strength. Bearing of working roller is roll bearing with large loading capacity and long lifetime. Locking and balance of upper and lower roller adopt double hydraulic cylinder vertical locking. Its height and angle are adjusted by electric and installed absolute position encoders with the function of remember roller position parameter of each product. Command automatic adjustment when changing other specification and freely change roller angle. Those function is good for improving the precision of roller heavy car and realizing manual / auto adjustment. Quick open adopts Independent oil cylinder.
