Working principle:
It is new high-efficiency drying equipment. It can directly spray-dried paste material of chemical products, general spray dryer is impossible, such as pressure and centrifugal spraying dryer, they cant be directly spray-dried paste materials, and there is no need to add water, beating after spray-drying. For dry, adding water, in itself is a contradiction. Extra 1% of water consumption means more than 5%of the heat. Some fine chemical products by adding water, when drying, it will not only low product quality and yield, but also increase raw material consumption and low economic efficiency.
