II. Structure and Assembly
It consists of supporting seat, machine body, left column, right column, pressing wheel, main driving system, pressing leading screw, decelerator, needle device and electrical control system.
The supporting seat is adopted with channel steel welding whose structure is compact , and the machine body is adopted with T channel , the left and right columns are adopted with box structure , the decelerator is driven by bevel pinion, pressing leading screw is adopted with rectangle threaded leading screw , the material of pressing roller and driving roller is adopted with 40Cr. Surface quenching treatment is carried out, which is wearing resistance and long in service life.
