Main Characteristics

l  Its loading adopts manual loading methods; the servo motor loading can be controlled by operating handles.

l  The servo motor adopts the reduction box to drive the high-precision ball screws for loading with high transmission efficiency, low noises, and steady transmission without vibration.

l  The penetrator controls adopt position control by manually controlling the operating handle positions to control the reduction of penetrators for precision control of the penetrator positions, which raises the straightening precision and efficiency.

l  The measurement adopts mechanical lever measurement method, the measurement values can be read from the dial indicator, the measuring position can be set arbitrarily, which can be operated conveniently.

The varieties of workpieces to be straightened contain: semi-axles, gear shafts, smooth axis, and rotors of electric tools, motor rotors, piston rods, twisted bars, valves, crankshafts, threaded shafts, camshafts and other shaft lever components.

Structures

l  The products of this series adopt C-type open straightening structures with convenient operations. The C-type straightening machine adopts fixing the penetrator units and applies motors to move the worktable for switching radial straightening sites of the work pieces. The main body of the machine is with less weight and less land occupation.

l  Adopting servo motors to carry out loading ensures the control of straightening more precisely with sensitive responses. This machine dispenses with the necessary oil source system in tradition hydraulic manual straightening machine, which saves land, and can use clean energy with no pollution and less noises.

l  Ergonomic handle designs and operation controls. The penetrator control handles designed according to ergonomics can be operated conveniently and can control the penetrator strokes precisely, which brings the designers’ imagination into full play in operating comfort levels and easy control etc.

l  The positions of the worktable and work pieces on the worktable can be adjusted conveniently. The left and right positions of the worktable can be controlled with buttons (handles), which can drive parts to stop at any position according to straightening requirements.

l  Position adjustments of the floating gyration center, fixed supports and other work pieces on the worktable adopt adjustable locking handles with convenient and quick operations. The gyration center for designing and innovating of the work pieces on the worktable adopts floating center structures, which can effectively reduce damages made by parts to the centers. The clamping positioning center of parts adopt dead centers, which matches inspection methods of the offset run-out detection instrument and raises the goodness of fit of straightening results.

l  Measurement meters, fixed supports, and the floating gyration center are strung on the same central shaft, adopting fixed handles and grooves. The dial indicator measuring unit adopts 1:1 lever mechanism, the measurement units and the worktable can move synchronously, which simplifies the operation process and improves the efficiency.

l  Clamping of parts adopts single-ended cylinder clamping (or hand lever locking), the moving back and forth of the centers at the right end can be controlled by hand-operated valves, which can be controlled conveniently, and is simple and practical. In addition, it can also reduce the work intensity of operators and can resolve the problem of clamping pressure of large parts.

l  Unique supporting mode can effectively avoid damages to the surfaces of parts during straightening.
