Detailed Product Description
Model XSG revolving flash vaporization drier composed of mainframe drier, feeder, heat source equipment (steam heat exchanger ), air filter, fan, cyclone separator, dust settling pocket, induced draft fan, etc.. The mainframe drier has a rotational cutting for crushing the materials of filter cake pseudo-agglomerate and big granule. Along with the rotating of the rotational cutting, the materials will be dried appear swing powder state, and the water contents of the wet materials will be evaporated soon, enhance the dry efficiency .
When the model XSG revolving flash vaporization drier works, the materials will be dried enter into the drying chamber of the mainframe drier by the feeder, and rotating along with the rotational equipment. The filtered air pass through the fan and enter into the steam heat exchanger, then the hot air turn into the drying chamber to make heat exchanging with the wet materials. Dry materials go into the cyclone separator .
Model XSG revolving flash vaporization drier can use steam as its heat source according to the requirements of the customers.
