J3P-GXT Bench Grooving Machine is a new type pipe processing machine serving for production and installation for such industries like petroleum, chemical industry, electric power industry, boiler industry and etc. The machine has the advantages of convenient chucking, automatic alignment and cutter-feeding, excellent performance, high efficiency, low labor intensity, easy operation, safety and credibility. It is suitable for volume processing of pipe welding grooves. With flexible and light bench structure, it is also suitable for processing grooves on pipe production and installation sites.
Characteristics
J3P-GXT Bench Grooving Machine is composed of workbench, main machine and clamping device. The main machine and clamping device are mounted on the workbench. The workbench has wheels in the bottom and thus can move the machine to the proper work place. The clamping device and main machine can make the pipe groove and pipe outer circle concentric. High-quality hard alloy cutter makes high cutting efficiency and accuracy. There is extra support for supporting long pipe; therefore it is suitable for serving on production and installation site.
