Type PRF-102R is a POWERED AIR PURIFYING RESPIRATOR main body. Dust and gas proof function is determined by the filters it uses, specification: (210×190×135) mm. electrically motivated blower fan, air flow: 170L/Min-280L/Min; air flow adjustable (clockwise turning up the air flow, otherwise turning down). Battery is polymer lithium battery type, no memory effect,11.1V DC voltage 4800mAh. After fully charged, it can supply power for respirator 6-8 hours in consecutive operation. If air flow regulate maximum, the lithium battery can work for 6hours continuously, while air flow regulate minimum, 8 hours). If working over 6 or 8 hours, a backup battery is needed. If the environment is anoxic (i.e. oxygen content less than 18%) or IDLH concentration (Immediately Dangerous to Life and Health), portable respirator is not suitable.
If the environment is anoxic (i.e. oxygen content less than 18%) and or explosive operating conditions, or IDLH concentration (Immediately Dangerous to Life and Health), an airtight full mask should be used with the long hose to supply air flow. The purpose of wearing a airtight full mask is that once the respirator is out of service, the full mask can be used as a normal negative pressure respirator allows the operator to escape to ensure the safety.
