Forging and Pressing Equipment
Since 1998, Lida company has successively developed 3 categories, 12 different specifications series products of 10t close die electro-hydraulic hammers, the largest in the country, 5t impacter free electro-hydraulic hammers and new type of open-sided electro-hydraulic hammers with the properties of high efficiency of energy saving, environmental protection and stable performance. In recent years, the company has successively developed series products of 31.5MN hot die forging presses, ADP500t close-type double-spot press, RW3 series of Φ1000mm roll forging machines and 1250t horizontal forging and upsetting machine. In 2005, after National key enterprises China National Erzhong Group, China National Yizhong Group, Taizhong, Shenzhong, it designed and manufactured on its own 3150t open die hydraulic press.
Basic Parts Series Products
After many years of hard work, it has successively developed 20 specifications of spare parts series products, such as cross universal coupling, drum coupling, expansion coupling, hydraulic safe coupling, wobbler and star elastic coupling, heavy diaphragm coupling, hydraulic bolt jacking, tooth and sector elastic coupling, and through-type coupling. In recent years, many products that have been developed by Lida company, such as SWP through-type universal coupling, WGG through-type drum coupling, hydraulic safety coupling for locomotives etc, are appraised as top-grade reward of new products, outstanding reward, the first prize, and the second prize by China Association of Machinery Universal Components & Parts Industry. Some of its products have intellectual property rights and applied for patent in China, and some, such as 35~50 Mpa hydraulic torque wrench, arc face gear coupling, AMN internal expansion abrasive safety coupling, H elastic chunk coupling, dephosphorization device and etc, are recommended as one of the producers by Heavy Machinery Standard Handbook of State Machinery Ministry. The pneumatic disk brake developed by Lida company was listed as one of the key projects of tackling key problems in science and technology of Sichuan Province and entered the plan of dissemination of scientific and technological achievements of Deyang City in 2001, and financed by governmental science and technological development fund, and it is one of Chinese patent. Through-type coupling was listed as one of the key projects of tackling key problems in science and technology of Deyang City and Sichuan Province in 2003 and 2004 respectively.
Metallurgical Equipment and Spare Parts
For many years, Lida company has supplied complete production lines and spare parts for many domestic large and medium sized steel & iron works, such as Bao Steel, Maanshan Steel, Panzhihua Steel, Anshan Steel, Benxi Steel, Chongqing Steel, Zhujiang Steel, Great Wall Steel, Shaoguan Steel, Wuyang Steel, Jinan Steel, An Steel, Jiuquan Steel, Kunming Steel, Laiwu Steel, Handan Steel etc. successively. Its stable products quality, timely delivery and perfect after service has made great prestige for Lida company, and it becomes designated unit to produce 1350mm Continuous Casting Crystallizer vibrostand for Panzhihua Steel & Iron (Group) Works. From 2001 to 2006, Lida company successively produced 6 lines of 850mm medium wide-strip mills for Xingtai Delong Steel & Iron Co., Ltd., Benxi Beitai Steel Company, Kunming Yuxi Steel & Iron Company, Jingxi Steel & Iron Limited Company and Handan Zongheng Steel & Iron Works, 1 production line of 950mm cold mill for Taishan Steel & Iron Group Co., Ltd., which enabled the company to enter the rank of producing complete sets and lines of metallurgical equipment from the mere production of spare parts. In recent years, the company has also produced many products for national key and typical projects, such as parts of sheet piler of rolling mill, panel turnover machine and heat galvanizing rigs for Wuhan Steel & Iron Group Works, slab 2 continuous casting line for Panzhihua Steel & Iron (Group) Works, cold mill pickling line for Lian Steel, large structure walking beam for Taiyuan Steel, Handan Steel and Benxi Steel. The production system of complete sets and spare parts of metallurgical steel rolling with medium wide-strip mills at the core has come into being.
Chemical Products
Starting from 2001, after 2 years of hard work, alkaline phenolic, foundry coating and mating curing agent---National Key New Products were developed on its own with its core technology, and they were successfully applied to the large castings production of National Erzhong Group Company. They have now passed the appraisal of Sichuan Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and put into scale production, which is now the new source of economical development of Lida company. In 2006, the product was rewarded with Certificate of Inventive Patent by State Intellectual Property Office of the Peoples Republic of China, and the Second Prize of Advance Award of Science and Technology of Deyang City. Several hundred different products of 10 types of industrial coatings and paints developed and produced one after another by itself, such as alkyd self-dry coating, alkyd fast-dry coating, alkyd amino baking finish, acrylic auto baking finish, polyurethane coating, chlorinated rubber anticorrosive coating, perchloride polytene anticorrosive coating, epoxy coating, high-temperature coating, Peite brand metallic fluorocarbons paint, epoxy floor coating are widely used in machinery products, automobiles, electrical appliance, construction and decoration, furniture and other fields. The market share of these products is increasing.
