Detailed Product Description
Designing and manufacturing of this manipulator strictly abide by the real forging technics. It is motivated by both mechanical and hydraulic mechanisms. Generally speaking it is a cart-shaped structure running on rails. Altogether five motions can be achieved on the manipulator: cart traveling, tong rotating, peel front lifting, peel back lifting and tong clamping.
Ingots or billets of carbon steel, alloy steel, mould steel or high-speed steel can all be forged with this manipulator and open-die forging-hammer.
It is a mature designed rail bound type forging manipulator, which is mechanical-hydraulic driven.
Its capacity is between 1m.t to 15m.t.
It belongs to a standard series of our product : FM-02 forging manipulator series.
