1. CNC Automatic metal cutting band saw machine GZ4240 is mainly used for cutting various ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal.
2. Touch screen man-machine interface replaces the function of traditional control panel. The touch screen displays equipment state, operation and parameter setting at any time.
3. PLC (programmable logic controller) sets the whole sawing/cutting process. Able to set 5 groups sawing parameter at the same time.
4. Feeding length adopts grating ruler control, with length error<0.2mm.
5. Use antifriction bearing and hard alloy for guiding and overload protection device.
6. CE certificated.
