1. Regulator of auto height regulator
The machine has many functions such as automatic position, and automatic height-regulating device of capacitance. The plasma cutting machine is equipped with the imported height-regulating device of arc voltage.
2. The driven system
The driven device adopts the full-digital AC servo system and motor made by Japan Yaskawa which has high running precision.
Features:
Gantry applies butt weld structure. All the welded parts were stabilized under high temperature to avoid structure distortion.
Both X and Y axis applied high precision rack and gear tramsmission .The application of Taiwan linear rails in X axis and special steel rails with dedicate process ensures the stability,high accuracy,and long life usage of the machine.
Planetary reducer to ensure the movement accuracy and balance.
Nc process control system is easy to operate and useful.
Compatible with Fastcam software which can enhance the cutting edge smooth and save material.
