Used cut to length line EHCL2*1600
EHCL series high-speed Cut-to-Length Lines employ a specialy designed crank guiliton shear. It runs non-stop. A servo motor roll feeder feeds the strip in pre-set length while the shear knives opens. In this working mode, a comparatively high shearing speed can be achieved. Like ECL Cut-to-Length lines, EHCL lines usually consist of entry coil car, uncoiler, leveller, servo feeder, shear, belt conveyor and stacker. Application in processing cold-rolled-steel, hot rolled carbon steel, silicon steel, tinplate, stainless steel and pre-paint etc.

Uncoiling and Leveling Unit1. Feed automatically, operate easily.2. Hydraulic coiling roll is collapsible to protect inner.3. To uncoil tensity or to put the material manual to keep the material from leaning and the tender cover from scraping. 4. Choose double, quadruplex or sextuple rolls. The processing effect is well. Electronic Servo Feeder and Shear1. Feed rolls, driven by AC servo motor under the control of a digital control-system, precisely feed and meter the strip to the pre-set length.2. A mechanical high-speed continuous stroke shear is emplyed with EHCL cut-to-length line. With a frequency invertor drive, the shear is capable of 80-strokes/minute. The blades clearance can be adjusted conveniently by an eccentric mechanism in few seconds.Stacking unit1. Stacker is used in a CTL line to produce solid-block sheet packages.2. A pair of "swing drap arms" are equiped on stacker for surface critical material prosessing, in which sheets are supported on a set of non-marking nylon rollers opened and closed by air cylinders to release the sheet directly above the stack.
3. A scisor type or screw jack type elevating table is under the stacker. It can automatically lowers as the sheet stack height builds-up.
4. A blower generates air cusion that helps support light gauge sheets in order to protect the surface from scraping.
5. Motor adjustable side skirts and back stop contain the sheet stacks and produce solid-block packages.
