1.TK6513 series CNC horizontal milling and boring machine
(1)The products of this series adopt longitudinal and transverse machine bodies of T type layout and with features such as good rigidity, stable performance and high accuracy.
(2)The products have functions such as automatic tool replacement, automatic turntable dividing, automatic swiveling, and automatic positioning of coordinate dimensions to improve the processing efficiency.
(3)The products are mainly used for boring and milling, external circle machining and processing of many others processes; the products are especially suitable for processing the box-type parts with multiple holes and precise hole spacing requirement.
(4) The machine control system adopts the German Siemens 840D CNC system(optional: FAGOR8055) and the feed motor adopts the Siemens digital AC servo motor.
(5)It can realize 3-axis simultaneous motion. The processing range of the machine can be broadened by equipping CNC face plates, vertical CNC rotary tables, ring-angle milling heads, universal milling heads and other accessories which are supplied according to customer requirements.
