Photos of epoxy coated rebar production line:

Main technics explanation:

1.After shot blasting, rust removal, texturing, non-chloride is allowed on the surface of the rebar. The rust removal grad reach Sa 2.5; Roughness≥70

2. Middle-frequency electric heating;pre-heating temperature ≤250°C

3. Automatic static coating unit allow the epoxy colophony powder to coat on the heating surface of rebar. The powder could be reclaimed through the recycling system.

4. Velocity of the coating line:3.0~12m/min

5. Coating THK after solidity:0.18~0.3mm

6. Specification range allowed :Rebar for building: φ8~32 mm; Length:≤12000 m

7.Roller speed range:0.8~12.0 m/min

8. Rust removal grade:ISO890-J:1988 A-B Sa2.5

Processing workflow of epoxy coated rebar:

The steel bar firstly need blasting job before the middle-frequency heating. Then the high pressure static technology allow the powder adhere to the surface of the rebar. After stable putting and flow ,the coating surface with tenacity ,non- seeping and continuity would be formed.

This line is mainly made up of shot blasting system, pre-heating system, spraying and coating system, water cooling system, loading and unloading device.
