3. Small area occupation: The occupied area of a vertical powder coating line is W21m X L60m.
4. Low energy consumption: The square shape of curing oven ensures the extreme high usage ratio of heat energy. It can save 15% liquid pretroleum gas comparing with horizontal powder coating line.
5. Less powder: Vertiacal powder coating line ensures the high ratio of powder laying and the uniformity of thickness of film. It can save 20% powder comparing with the horizontal powder coating line.
