SWLA Oxygen-free Copper Upward Continuous Casting Machine adopts the advanced refining technology to produce excellent melting copper in horizontal furnace.
The melting copper flows into the heat-retaining furnace of the continuous caster and is made into oxygen-free copper.
Comparing with the other relative type machines in China, this line is the best in China and can economize 60 in electricity.Y250 wire roller matching with the upward continuous caster is researched and invented indispensable by our company combining the advanced cooling rolling technology of Germanic, American and domestic companies, specializing in producing new conductive oxygen-free copper.
Now, the roller places the first position in China. The line is capable of producing bright and long oxygen-free copper tube/strip from cathode copper and injected red copper.
The dia. of the copper rods produced can be 8mm, 12.5mm, 14.4mm, 17mm, 20mm, 25mm, 38mm, the size of the copper tubes be 30×3mm, 80×7mm, and the size of the copper plates be 40×10mm, 120×20mm. This new upward continuous casting technology for oxygen-free copper has its advantages of better quality, low cost, less investment and no pollution, etc.
