Introduction:
Copper Tube Upward Continues Casting Production Line is a new technology of producing oxygen-free copper tubes with high conductivity and low oxygen content.
This production line is capable of producing directly from cathode copper to bright and long oxygen-free copper tube. The capacity of this system is reneging from 1000 MT to 5000MT.
It consists copper tube winder and the pe-trail uni-drawing line with 5 molds, and has been applied for national invent patent.

The Whole Line
The production line includes Drawing Machine, Melting and Holding furnace, Line-separated Rack and Deflector Roll,Crystallizer, Computer Collecting and Arranging Rod System, Collecting Rod Device, and Eclectic System.
Characteristics:
1. Melting and Holding furnace is installed underground which is convenient for feeding raw materials.
2. All the materials can be put into Melting furnace that can simple produce of cutting plates reducing losses.
3. Inductor can be changed rapidly to save time of building furnace.
4, Using abusive high-level refractory material improve the furnace life.
5. Drawing machine and rolling machine are automatically tracked by synchronizer and computer to make speed be feed-backed. In this way, electromechanical integration can be realized.
6. Using rotary flow-ment realizes the measurement and adjustment and control of cool water.
7. But cooling water-pipe uses rapid joint to change crystallizer rapidly and conveniently.
8. Liquid level automatic tracking system guarantees the quality of products.
