Comprehensive Optimizing Clamping System
The clamping structure is optimized comprehensively, with more reasonable stroke-bore ratio & enlargement of force.
Faster speed & low pressure clamping devices: The standard configuration of faster speed clamping devices can shorten production cycle efficiently so as to improve productivity.
Hydraulic motor die height adjustment device: easy to control, safety & reliable.
Capacity type electric centralized lubrication system: Controlled by PLC, and lubricate pin shafts fixed quantity and time, to ensure the clamping structure keep better lubricating, and guarantee life length of the machine.
High Performance Injection System
Injection displacement is controlled by magnetic gauge, and injection stage can set on HMI (Human-Machine Interface), therefore operation will be more accurately & safely.
Injection system adopt non-floating piston structure, the broken probability of the injection cylinder is nearly zero. The reliability has been improved a lot.
Independent setting injection & intensification accumulator: Noninterference between fast-speed injection & intensification, independent regulator.
High Performance & Reliable Hydraulic System
Hydraulic main system adopts double proportional control system, HMI computer system, die close lineal transducer and injection magnetic railings ruler, so the machine adjustment is more convenient and safe.
Logic valve & hydraulic screw-in valve are widely used, so the possibility of system inner leaking is largely reduced and the hydraulic valve’s working life & antipollution capacity is improved.
Advanced Control System
Using European or Japanese PLC, has stable system, excellent anti-jamming ability & high precision control.
Pressure, speed & displacement data can set on color touch screen. At the same time input & output monitor screen, alarm screen, can find machine’s fault and make solutions.
Mould memory function can save over 20 sets mould data.
