Our steel grating products are standard grating; heavy duty grating;louvre grating;perforated grating;etc.
Standard grating are manufactured in a range of panel sizes up to 4m long and 1.4m wide. The mesh sizes range cover an enormous range depending on the loading requirements to be achieved. Typically meshes range from 11x11mm to 44x99 and beyond. Bearing bar dimensions range from 20x2mm to 130x5mm with cross bars to suit.
Heavy duty grating are manufactured usually where vehicular traffic is required. Bearing bars are wider and deeper than on standard gratings and the mesh sizes tend to be smaller in order to achieve the panel strength required. Panels are manufactured in a wide range sizes.
Louvre grating are normal pressed gratings but with the horizontal bars set at 45 degrees. These can be manufactured in a wide range of panel sizes and in a wide range of mesh settings depending on the levels of free-air flow and sight characteristics required.
perforated grating have peforated holes at selected centres depending on the application and combines strength, durability and a comparatively lightweight. Usually used as walkway, platform or stair treads. This type of grating can also come complete with smaller water holes in between the perforations to provide a self-draining capacity.
