Bolliya Zinc Composite Panel (ZCP) combines the natural beauty of zinc with the flatness, durability, easy fabrication and cost effectiveness along with all other benefits of composite panel. By using Rheinzink titanium zinc alloy, Bolliya ZCP is perfect for buildings that must have a natural, powerful image. It can be used in natural settings, historic districts, or as accents to older buildings undergoing renovation.
Application Instructions:
1)Bolliya ZCP could be processed in the same way as other Bolliya Aluminium composite panel.
2)Bolliya ZCP can be installed with fasteners and extrusions made of aluminum,stainless steel,and galvanized steel.
3)Bolliya ZCP comes with protecitve film to protect the ZCP surface during fabrication and installation.
Special Note:
Due to the special property of Zinc, it’s allergic to Acid. So any material that will be used together with ZCP should be acid free.
If ZCP is to be installed with extrusions made of copper, then ZCP should be on Top side while cooper at lower side.

Core: Available in ordinary PE core and FR core
Total thickness: 4mm(0.5mm+3mm+0.5mm)
Rheinzink skin thickness (Front side): 0.5mm
Width: 990mm
Length: could be cut according to customer’s request.

Colour: Pre-weathered Blue Grey Description: Colour will gradually becoming a little darker within the first 3-5 years when the Zinc Carbonate layer is being formed, but just slightly darker, not obvious. Most popular colour. |
Colour: Pre-weathered Graphite Grey Description: A thin layer of special varnish is applied on top, colour will remain same all the time. |
