PDO II, USP2/0 Synthetic Absorbable Monofilament Suture

PDO II is a synthetic absorbable sterile surgical suture composed of Polydioxanone. PDO II is dyed violet with D&C violet #2 and coated. PDO II meets all requirements established by the United States Pharmacopeia (U.S.P.) for synthetic absorbable surgical sutures, except for diameter.

PDO II is indicated for use in general soft tissue approximation and/or ligation, including use in ophthalmic procedures, but not for use in cardiovascular and neurological procedures.
