We are an export-oriented enterprise, with high quality products and accurate lead time. Now, we are designated factory of two Japanese clients.
We produce face mask with strict purchase of raw materials and strict quality control. The selections of spun-bonded non-woven fabrics are of medical non-woven fabrics. In the middle, melt blown filter cloth is chosen according to customers’ requirements of bacterial filtration efficiency BFE>95% or BFE>99%.
When workers enter the workshop, they are required to change shoes, put on overalls, hats and masks. Hand must be washed and disinfected. Each mask must be tested in order to make pass rate be over 99.9%.
Certificates available are:
Nelson test: BFE (bacterial filtration)\PFE (particulate filter)\VFE (Anti-virus)
SGS test: Antibiotic
