Our conveyor idlers are made of high precision welding pipes and seamless tubes, steel plates and the body of the conveyor idler and the bearing are welded as an integrated one by extrusion and argon guarantee welding, which make the conveyor idlers low resistance coefficient and long lifetime. The seal is labyrinth seal, which make the conveyor idlers fine waterproof and dustproof.
