Types:
Non pressed PVC: after dipping with PVC paste on solid woven fabric, add PVC cover on the solid carcass to form belt
PVG: based on non pressed PVC type, carcass is covered with top and bottom covers composed mainly of rubber, belt is then formed after being pressed
Features:
Good flame-resistant and anti-static properties
Can fully satisfy requirements of MT-914 and especially suitable for material conveying at inflammable of underground coal mines
Solid woven fabric uses high tensile strength and low elongation polyester long filament as warp, weft fiber
Uses high tensile and medium modulus nylon filament
Fabric is high in strength, low in elongation, light in carcass, free of separation of plies, shock-resistant, anti-tear and good in troughability
Non pressed PVC type is suitable for applications in dry conditions at slope angle of no greater than 16 degrees
Suitable for applications at slope angle of less than 20 degrees
PVG type is covered with covers mainly composed of rubber
Improves troughability, resistance to wetness and slip, low temperature, elongation and wear resistance of belt
Can not only enhance slope angle of conveying but also elongate life of belt
