Main Features:
1. Primarily used for end-milling processing on aluminum solar profiles. 2. Adopts hard alloy saw blade, the outside diameter can reach 280mm. 3. When the machine is operating, the profiles which is fixed on the worktable will feed to the 4 blades which is on the 2 sides of the machine. And after the stroke is finished, 2 motors on 2 sides will recede automaticly to prevent the blades touching profiles when the worktable pull back quickkly. 5. This machine adopts Japanese Panasonic NC system with computer controlling touch screen, feedback system of German ELGO original assemble, hense positioning precision is high, repeating positioning precision is ±0.1 mm.
