Working Principles

The Star-shaped Unloader also named Rotating Feeder Equipment or Airlock, with several blades rotor rotating in a barrel enclosure, the material which dropped down from the top, to fill up the blanks among the blade, and it will be discharged though the rotating of blades.

 

Performance and Characteristics

The product of high processing precision , with the function of air locking, it used as the quantitative feeder equipment for grinding and classification, and also can be used as the discharge equipment for separator, bag collector or used for pneumatic conveyer with pressure or suction conveyor. With the pressure balancer, can be used in the conveyer equipment under the positive and negative pressure. There are many types of the material such as Cast Iron, Cast Steel, Stainless Steel, Titanium Steel and the flange connector has square and circuit types can be satisfied with different requirements of customer.

 

 

Discharge valve is an advanced electric discharging appliance ,made up of three-phase AC asynchronous motor,tooth-differentiate planet speed reduction unit and discgarging unit.Duo to bulge of both the bearings and speed reducer this machine can avoid the happenings often occured,Dust crowding in bearings and macro aggregate blockage.It can be broadiy used in the discharge and conveyance of grains and dust in industries such as chemical engineering ,cement,pharmacy,iron and foodstuff.
