This production line is used for internal and external epoxy powder coating for steel pipe of different diameters.
The whole coating plant mainly include the following systerms: BLASTING SECTION, COATING SECTION, INDUCTION HEATER, PIPE-CONVEYING LINE, WATER COOLING SECTION AND INSPECTION SECTION,etc.
The FBE coating pipes conforms to BS6920 and ANSI/NSF 61 standards for potable water, and can also be used for other applications including raw water, process water, sewage, wastewater, crude oil, and white oils.
