1. Description:

CNC drilling, milling and boring machine with automatic tool change (ATC) and cnc systerm of model 500V/5 is 5 axis cnc vertical machining center, which intended for complex workpiece machining of various structural materials suitable for piece, small-lot production. The machine includes two axis rotary tables with different diameters of face plate. The machine can perform drilling. core drilling, reaming, semi-finishing & finishing boring of holes, tapping, milling.

2. Features:

1.3 axes cell type The structure of the machine is 3 axes cell type .The sliding table moves on the whole cast lathes body .in X axes direction, the column moves on the sliding table in Y axes direction and the ram moves on the column in Z axes direction. The A, C axes and NC turntables which were set on the lathes body spin by rolling on X, Z axes. The machine has rational structure by designed through finite element.

2. SEMENS system Equipped the numerical control system or SEMENS system of DMTG, the machine can work with five axis five linkage to meet the curve machining demand. Besides, with five axes three linkage (four linkage) system the machine can also meet space angle machining work.

3. circle GIVI Set with circle GIVI, the machine can get high precision angle control of the turntable and closed loop control of the A, C axis.
