3. Main machine parts
3.1 Feed Transmission
Realize coordinated arbitrary X, Y, Z-axis and three axes.Drive components of X, Y and Z coordinates adopt imported pre-tighten precision ball screw pairs and support by imported ball screw bearing. The lead-screw adopts dilute oil lubrication. The connection between the motor and lead-screw adopts gapless flexible coupling of shaft.Front and back bearings of spindle adopt world famous (SKF) special bearings.3.2 Lubrication System
The machine is equipped with collected auto lubrication system; lubricate guide ways, lead-screws and every lubrication points with dilute oil regularly.3.3 CNC Rotary table (optional)

The positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy are adjusted with laser interferometer and spherical induction meter. The spindle is strictly tested with dynamic balancing meter.3.5 Protection Device
