Use method
A. The state of leaving factory:
1. Any person’s fingerprints can open the lock under the state of leaving factory;
2. When you turn on the screen under the state of leaving factory, the screen will review ‘the state of leaving factory, please add administrators’;
3. After the lock turns on, you can push # button into the mode of add administrators. Select the number for your fingerprints from the numbers of one to five which one you want to add, then you can push the # button to confirm it. You have to put one of your finger into the fingerprint collector twice to finish adding fingerprints. At that time, the screen will review ‘Please push # button if you don’t need to add password’. If you need to add fingerprint with the password, you can just directly input a password of six numbers, then, push # button to confirm it. The lock will let you attention to input the password again, you will finish adding the fingerprint with the password after input the password twice. Your fingerprint and password are at the same position, the fingerprint and password have the same function to open the door now. (note: the numbers from one to five are for administrators; the numbers from six to one hundred and forty are for permanent users; the numbers from one hundred and forty one to one hundred fifty are for temporary users.)
4. When you are in the state of the setting function, you could use number nine and number zero to scroll up and down for function select.
B. Add the users:
1. Divided three types of the users: Administrators, permanent users and temporary users;
2. The users can add the only fingerprints or password, or users can add fingerprints with password in one ID position;
3. Three types authorities of users:
a, Administrators: you can operate all the function operation;
b, Permanent users: you can just normally open the lock, you can not operate any function operation;
c, Temporary users: you can normally open the lock in the valid times, you can not operate any function operation;
4. The ways of adding: Push the sliding cover up to turn on the lock, push # button and input the fingerprints of administrator to operate all the function operation. Choose the function of adding for users and push # button to confirm it. You can choose any types of users in this function, after choose the type of users, you can choose the ID position. You have to input the fingerprints twice to finish adding after you put # button to confirm the ID position. After add the fingerprints, you can input the password twice and push # button to confirm adding the fingerprints and password together.
Example one: The state of start: Push the sliding cover up → Push # button → Push # button after confirm the ID number → Input the fingerprints twice( directly push # button if you don’t add password) → Push # button after input the password twice(directly push # button if you don’t add password).
Example two: The state that have administrators: Push the sliding cover up → Push # button → Input the fingerprints of the administrator → Choose the function to enter(use number nine and number zero to scroll up and down for choosing the add users) → Choose the type of adding users → Push # button after confirm the ID number → Input the fingerprint twice( directly push # button if you don’t add the password) → Push # button after input the password twice(directly push # button if you don’t add password).
Example three: Adding the temporary users: Push the sliding cover up → Push # button → Input the fingerprints of administrator → Choose the function you want to enter(use number nine and number zero to scroll up and down for choosing the add users) → Choose the type of users to add(temporary users) → Push # button after confirm the ID numbers → Push # button to confirm after input the invid useful days → Input the fingerprint twice(directly push # button if you don’t add the password) → Push # button after input password twice(directly push # button if you don’t add password).
Note: Record the ID numbers of the adding users for the other operations, for example modify, delete and so on.
Modify users:
Push # button to turn on the lock → Enter function operation after input the fingerprints of administrator, choose the function of modify users and push # button to enter. Input the ID numbers for modify and push # button to confirm it, then, you can choose modify the fingerprints or password, push # button to enter, input the new fingerprints or password twice.
Example one: Modify fingerprint: Push the sliding cover up → Push # button → Input the fingerprints of administrator → Choose the function you want to enter and push # button(use number nine and number zero to scroll up and down for choosing the add users) → Input the ID numbers for modify and push # button → Choose the fingerprint for modify and push # button → Successful input fingerprint twice → Push * button for out of the modify.
C. Delete users:
1. Push # button to turn on the lock → Enter function operation after input the fingerprints of administrator, choose the function of delete users and push # button to enter. Then, you can choose the type of users for deleting and push # button to confirm it(administrators, permanent users and temporary users), input the ID numbers for deleting and push # button to confirm the delete(note: While you deleting, deleting the fingerprints and password together in ID numbers).
Example one: Delete users: Push the sliding cover up → Push # button → Input the fingerprints of administrator → Choose the function you want to enter and push # button(use number nine and number zero to scroll up and down for choosing the add users) → Input the ID numbers of deleting and push # button → Push * button to out of the deleting or wait until the door lock automatically out of deleting.
D. Record inquiring
Push # button to turn on the lock → Enter function operation after input the fingerprints of administrator, choose record inquiring and push # button to enter. Use number nine and number zero to scroll up and down for looking the opening records.
F. Normally operation (the door lock keep the “state of channel” after the operation).
Push # button to turn on the lock → Enter function operation after input the fingerprints of administrator, choose normally operation and push # button to enter → Reviewing start or shut → Confirm start or shut and push # button.
G. Time setting
Push # button to turn on the lock → Enter function operation after input the fingerprints of administrator, choose time setting and push # button → According to the year, month, day, hour, minute and second to input(on the top of the line are year, month and day, for example: 10: 01: 11, it is for 2010-1-11; the bottom line are hour, minute and second, for example: 09: 45: 32, it is for nine O’clock past thirty two seconds forty five minutes) → Push # bottom to confirm it.
H. Language setting
Push # button to turn on the lock → Enter function operation after input the fingerprints of administrator, choose Language setting and push # button → Choose the language you want(simply Chinese or English) → Push # button to confirm it.
