1. Engine

Weichai 175kW supercharged engine enjoys large torque reserve, strong power and low oil consumption as well as is provided with the flame preheating function and electric shutdown function. The double air filters are equipped to largely avoid the engine wearing out untimely. Cummins 179kW engine is optional.

2. Transmission and torque converter

The torque converter of military bulldozer self-made by this company is adopted and it is characterized by large circulating circle diameter, large absorption of power, large torque ratio, wide high-efficient area and large drag torque; the transmission case and the axle are made by utilizing military technology of this company and they are characterized by stable quality, high reliability and long service life.

3. Cone-O seal

The Cone-O dual seal which conforms to Germany standard DIN is adopted for hydraulic pipeline and it is characterized by excellent sealing property and the strong leakproof property.

4. Pre-pressurized oil tank

The hydraulic system is fitted with pre-pressurized oil tank to effectively prevent the pump inhaling air and largely prolong service life of the pump; the internationally-advanced dual pump influent technology is adopted to reduce energy loss and improve working efficiency.

5. Battery, cathode switch and waterproof connector

The maintenance-free battery is adopted to ensure the performance reliability; the dry-type Optima battery is optional for cold region; the master cathode switch is used for switching off the power supply of complete machine in time so as to effectively protect electrical system of complete machine; the sealed waterproof connector is adopted to ensure the circuit reliability; the alarm lamp is mounted at the top of driver cab to ensure the safety of complete machine during running and construction.

6. Interior trim, air heater, air conditioner, pilot control, airbag seat

The luxury interior trim and standard air heater and air conditioner make you enjoy a comfortable climate of “forever spring” when you are in the driver cab; the pilot control is adopted to make the operation more easy and efficient; the top-class airbag seat is adjusted easily and comfortable; the centralized lubrication and electronic weighing device are optional.

7. Driver cab

The streamline driver cab has beautiful appearance and broad visual field; it is fully-sealed structure and can resist sound, heat and noise; ROPS, FOPS driver cabs are optional.

The bucket is solid and serviceable. The coal bucket and rock bucket are optional according to different operational objects.
