Power performance

Turbo-charged diesel engine of German DEUTZ technology enjoys advantages like low noise, low oil consumption, high power and high torque reserve etc. Flame preheat device can be adopted as optional specifically for cold regions; engine can be chosen according to customers’ needs.

Tractive performance

Driving system adopts the international advanced axle& transmission box exclusively use backhoe loaders. Transmission box is 4-gear synchronized electro-hydraulic fixed shaft type features reliable and stable performance, convenient and speedy gear-shifting;

Four-wheel drive makes larger tractive force for whole vehicle; rear axle has differential system for switching over based on working conditions, which leads to tyre wear lessoning , upgrading of driving stability and self-saving; wide front axle turning angle(55°), small turning radius, flexible driving for whole vehicle.

Braking performance

Service brake is of internal-mounted hydraulic multi-plate wet brake type with safe reliability, moreover, free from disassembling for wash and maintenance; the left and right brake can be used independently to realize whole vehicle spin turn.9

Operating performance

Steering operation is carried out through integrated imported operation console, beautifully and elegantly built; steering wheel angle can be adjusted freely to the optimum driving position; forward and backward electromagnet gear-shift is equipped to achieve easy gear-switch during whole vehicle drive. Clutch button is mounted upon gear control lever making it convenient and speedy.

Loading operation uses mono-lever featuring compact structure and easy operation. Differential and clutch button is equipped on front and left side of the lever, so as to realize synchronized or differential and power shift on left-right driving wheel, thus, the whole vehicle driving quality is upgraded.8

Backhoe operation is of horn type mono-lever layout, compact structure, beautifully and elegantly built; hand throttle and 360 °adjustable backrest seat are on the right side. The driver can choose engine power and posture according to working conditions, greatly improves working speed and operative comfortability.

Safety performance

Neutral position linkage device is configured, that is the engine can not start when the gear is not in the neutral position. The buzzer alarms when start engine with hand brake being not released to guarantee driving safety.

The backhoe end supports with special shape structure, making even more stable excavating operation.

Unique main boom-locking device makes the main boom cylinder be free from any impact force during driving for a longer service life of cylinder, making whole vehicle driving safer and more stable.2

Maintenance performance

70°-overturn engine rear hood, chassis with 80cm-high propping clearance and working pump equipped on the fan side of engine all together provides a really convenient maintenance function for the whole vehicle.

Exterior appearance and visual field

Driver cab interior layout is in ergonomics design; super-large total transparent stained glasses, wide inner space, excellent working view, low inner noise, independent warming braw and air conditioning system bring great comfortability for the driver. Driver seat is 360°rotatable, front-rear, and up-down movement, largely increases the operative comfortability.1

Accessories

Focusing on different working targets, accessories such as breaking hammer, tamper, driller, hydraulic clamp, fork lifting and wood (fodder) clamper can be the optional.
