Safety Instructions
1.Before entering the construction site personnel should wear a helmet and construction operation staff should wear necessary PPE.
2. Anyone with diseases such as hypertension or poor eyesight is not allowed to operate this machine.
3. An overall planning of construction site should be carried out with a layout chart. Other on-site roads should be flat, solid, clear of traffic, and warning marks should be set in intersection and dangerous area.
4. All mechanical equipment operating personnel must be professionally trained, have passed examination and possess job qualified certificate, knowing mechanical structure, performance, operating rules, maintenance and general trouble shooting.
5. Drivers and operators must obtain driving licenses or operation certificates approved by department concerned first. Unauthorized driving or operation by other personnel is prohibited.
6. Electrical equipment pwer should be installed according to relevant regulations, with reasonable grounding and less than 4 Ω grounding resistance, and should be equipped with reliable electric shock protection device.

9. After rammer stationary and aiming at the pit, start operation. When hoist the rammer, speed should be average and the rammer or the hook is forbidden to knock the cargo boom, besides the cargo boom should be protected by hanging waste automotive tire in proper position.
