Operating Principle: | |
| When the float ball rises or falls with the liquid to the level of the switch (inside the bar ), the magnetic force of the magnetic force of the magnet will cause the reed switc to turn ON .As the float ball moves away from the reed switch ,the loss of magnetic force will cause the reed switch to turn OFF .Float type level sensor/switch can be used for water ,gas ,diesel,oil and water mixture ,printing ink ,alcohol and other chemical liquids .Control liquid surface precision can reach ±3mm.Float type level sensor/switch has simple structure ,no standby power consumption ,long life and low cost advantages ,widely used in engineering locomotive oil level control, medical products, household appliances,inductrial equipment and lab equipment and other facilities.Float type liquid level switch /sensors' material can be divided into stainless steel and plastic liquid level switch /sensors and for installation can divided into vertical into vertical install type and side mount type ,and for float quantity can be divided into the single ball and several balls. | |
