1 We take duble-cylinder design to replace traditional T-groove and dovetail type groove. This can provide us higer guiding accuracy and good rigidity. The double-cylinder cross beam was designed with oil sealing gaskets and dust preventing gaskets, this will be much easier for current maintenance.
2 Sparated power installation. The situation of the power at one position being used for several parts will be changed. This kind mode will be much more stable and will reduce 80% stop machine repair work.
3 High precision and hardness large bearings are used as worktable track. This design can asure the lathe with good automatic centering. This also can provide super overloading capacity.
4 Ductile cast iron worktables are taken. This kind worktable, together with large bearing will provide more heavier overloading capatity.
