6     Special machine tool frequency conversion motor with base frequency 33.3HZ, Low-speed great torque,low temperature,Energy saving, and the highest rotation speed can reach 6000rmp.

7     Fit for 24 files mechanical transmission, and the lowest gear is 9rmp which can meet the special molds and processing requirement.

8     External independent oil tank can precipitate more effectively and the clean lubricating oil can improve the bearing accuracy and working life.

9     Main Axis hole diameter can reach 80 mm, high rigidity, and can machine large diameter rod material.

10   The flexible coupling is adopted between screw and servo motor improving the positioning accuracy and reducing transmission noise.

11   Special ball screw positioning bearing and precision lock nut, high accuracy, free maintenance and long working life.

12   Automatically lubricated device, both of the Injection time and oil supply can be arbitrary regulated, and the whole machine has 7 place automatic lubrication points and 11 place manual added lubricating points.
