1. Overview
NL322T Horizontal Turning Center is developed according to the modular design. It has a C-axis and is equipped with dynamic tool rest. It can be used for milling as well as turning. It can turn internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, ladder surfaces, grooves, spherical surfaces and other rotating surfaces with complicated geometry and dimensions, as well as each kind of metric or imperial internal and external screw thread. The dynamic tool can mill the straight groove and helix groove axially and radially, and can also be used for milling surfaces, drilling, reaming and tapping. It is suitable for single-part, small-batch and medium-batch production as well as mass production of complicated parts and widely used in industries of bearing, automobile, gear, etc.
Body:
The machine tool is formed by mechanical, electrical and hydraulic parts positioned together under the covers. With a complete bed tilted to the horizontal plane by 45°, it has a compact structure, high rigidity, smooth chip disposal system and it’s easy to operate. Rolling guideway and high-speed silent ball screws are adopted to ensure high speed, low heat and high positioning accuracy. The servo-driven programmable tailstock has a high speed, accurate positioning, and it’s easy to adjust and improved. The machine tool is provided with a complete enclosed guarding, automatic chip removal, lubricating and cooling system.
Spindle:
The main transmission system is driven by a high-quality servo motor. The range of spindle speeds is from 30 r/min to 5000 r/min. The C-axis function is realized by the fitting of high-precision encoder and spindle lock device.
Drive:
FANUC high-quality AC servo motors are used for longitudinal and transverse drive to ensure the high positioning accuracy and flexibility.
System:
FANUC 0i -TD CNC system and αi series AC servo motors are adopted.
All the machine parts are processed and assembled according to the product assembly drawings and relevant technical requirements, which are in line with relevant regulations in GB/T17421-2000 "General Machine Tool Inspection Rule" and GB/T16462-1996 "Precision Inspection of CNC Horizontal Lathe ".
