Physical Features

Lathe bed design is rib plate multi-sections changing construction. It adopts anti-seismic filling material inside the lathe bed, it can increase the rigidity and aseismicity of lathe.

X guide adopts multi-guide exceed locating mode, it can increase the rigidity of lathe and the precision is high.Spindle bear adopts two-front and four-back structure, it can increase the rigidity and anti-seismicity of spindle, the precision is high.The diameter of lead screw is increased 1.5 to 2 times, so that it increases the driving force and enhances cutting rigidity.Lathe adopts advanced pre-positive chip removal, it doesn’t destroy the whole rigidity of lathe.
