Designed on the basis of the standard direction finder, the instrument is suitable for monocrystal silicon and gallium arsenide, mainly being used for the orientation of crystal plate and crystal bars.

Being equipped with vacuum suction plate increases angle measuring accuracy and efficiency.Based on the principle of X-ray diffraction, this instrument can swiftly and accurately measure the cutting angle of natural & artificial single crystal such as piezoelectric crystal, optics crystal, laser crystal, and semiconducting crystal. Together with the cutter, it can be used for orientation cutting of the foresaid crystals.
