The Compositions of Bill Laser 100w co2 Laser Tubes:

The glass sealed co2 laser tube is made of hard glass, resonant cavity & electrode:

     Hard Glass: this part is made from Gg17 material. Sealed CO2 laser tube is usually made up of these three tubes, including the discharge tube, water-cooled tube and gas tube.

    Cavity section: this part consists of a reflecting mirror and an output mirror. The reflecting mirror of the cavity generally uses optical glass and Silicon (Si) as the substrate and it adopts large curvature Plano-concave resonator.

    Electrode: CO2 laser machines commonly use cylindrical code cathode. The material of the cathode has a great influence on the life span of a laser machine.
