This equipment applies to colleges, petrochemical industries, medicine, and environment protection institutions for liquid

 heating. 

Ⅱ. Characteristics

1. High-quality material drawing processed case and electrostatic spraying surface.

2. Introduce advanced electronic silicon controlled temperature regulation circuits to facilitate regulation on heating power and 

heating speed, so to directly control the temperature of the using machine. 

3. Adopt nickel-chromium alloy resistance wire by sealing it in heat resisting insulating layer, and then weaves the sealed resistance wire into 

hemispherical internal heated heater. It has advantages of large heating area, quick heating-up, no flame, high heating evenness, stepless adjustment, energy saving, safety and good effect etc.

V. Operation instruction

1. Place the equipment on level worktable, and then put the container with liquid inside into heating jacket.

2. Switch on the power accords with the machine, then power indicator light will be lighten; turn on the power of regulation knob, 

and turn the knob clockwise, then the working indicator light will be lighten; in the process of regulating, the light intensity changes

to different regulation position, and the temperature rises as well, or vice verse.

VI. Safety attentions 

1. The power must accord with the machine and the power socket should be 3-aperture safe socket; make sure good ground protection.

2. Prevent the liquid inside container from spilling into heating jacket in case of electricity leakage.

VII.Usage notes

1. Surface of the glass fiber is sprayed with a layer of grease, so if this equipment is used for the first time, don’t put the flask in directly; adjust the heating knob to heat up gradually, and turn off the power until it produces white smoke; after 

the smoke is faded, switch on the power again, do it repeatedly until there is no white smoke anymore, and then the equipment 

can be used normally.

2. While using this equipment, make sure to inject liquid into container first, and then put the container into jacket for heating.

IX. Storage and transportation

Keep it in dry and clean room with good ventilation and no corrosive gas, prevent it from wetting by the rain and avoid violent 

collision in transportation.
