Frame: it’s made of 60*40*2 mm square steel, it needs pickling ,parkerising, high pressure electrostatic coating for surface with epoxy. It has good performance ,stability and not deform . it also has function like: strong compression strength ,resistant acid-base,corrosion resistant long using life etc.
Body: it’s made of 18mm melamine board (base material: HDF), Using 2mm PVC banding edging for cutting profile .
The plate for surface drawer and door: it’s made of 18mm melamine board, Using 2mm PVC banding edging for cutting profile.
Bottom plate of drawer: it’s made of 5 mm melamine board (base material: HDF)
