Adjusting gate is a new kind of adjusting and cutting gate according to the conveying situation which is widely used in the building material, metallurgy, mine, light industry and glass and other industries.
Structure characteristics:
The gate is welded by good quality. There are two channels: the down channel is aerating layer and the up is conveying material layer and the ventilated layer is in the middle. The opening of the gate can be in any degree especially for dry powder without mucosity and small granule and so on. It has the features of small consumption, no noise, no pollution, less maintenance, no blocking, easy operation and long life and so on.
Working principle:
The fan blows low pressure and small volume air through the down channel. The gas aerated by the aerating layer blows up through the ventilated layer which moves the material. The materials drop by the gravity and have the displacement due to the installing slope. Repeat again and again. It is composed by silk pole gate and sealing and so on. The hand wheel rotated by the hands drives the silk pole and the gate moves along with the screw silk pole for adjusting or cutting the flow at will.
Usage explanation:
The body must be cleaned before installed and there is no dirt and sundries clinging to the body. Replace the ventilated layer if they are wet. Check the driving parts whether they are nimble or not. Lock up attachment bolt after adding seal slice when connecting the flanges.
When adjusting it, rotate the hand wheel by hands. Clockwise rotation means open and anticlockwise means close. It is ok without blocking.
