PACKING
Polybag with or without a card board is the most common packaging manner for our key chains. Besides, we also can provide other common packaging such as Cloth Bag, Plastic Box, Gift Box, Metal Box…etc. (The pictures for reference only).
Also we can design and make new packing bag or box according to customer’s special requirements. Customized logo or characters can be print on the packaging.
DELIVERY
1. Sampling Time: If the item with mould (old item), we need 3-5 days to make new samples; If the item without mould (new item), we need 10-12 days to make new samples.
2. Mass Production: We usually send some samples to buyer for confirmation before we begin to produce our mass production. After buyer confirmed the samples, 1000-50,000 PCS need 20-25 days; 50,000-300,000 PCS need 25-30 days; 300,000-1,000,000 PCS need 30-35 days; 1,000,000-5,000,000 PCS need 35-45 days; If your order more than 5,000,000 PCS, please contact us for the specific delivery time.
3. VOGUE cooperated with UPS/FEDEX/DHL/TNT/EMS & some ocean shipping companies for many years. We can get some shipping charge discount from these business partners. So, if you intend to ship your sample(s)/goods, you are welcome to ask us about the shipping charge from China to anywhere you want to ship. Of course, we only give you a suggestion, any shipping method or shipping company are chosen by buyer.
4. We will ship the package(s) to the default address where you registered on alibaba if you do NOT inform us. If the delivery address different with the information that you registered or you want to send the package(s) to another address, please tell us the full name of the consignee, contact telephone number, postal code and detailed address.
5. We are not responsible for any accidents, delays or other issues that caused by the shipping couriers. But we will try our best to assist the buyer and shipping couriers to ship the package (s) if there is any problem.
PAYMENT
1. Customer should pay samples cost before we make new samples. For samples cost, we can accept the payment from Paypal, Escrow, Western Union, T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). Samples cost will be return or deduct from the payment of bulk order after we confirmed the order (3000 PCS or more).
2. For bulk order, we can accept the payment from T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), Escrow, Western Union, L/C (Confirmed Irrevocable L/C At Sight).
3. If buyer adopt our shipping terms, ask us to pay the shipping charge to shipping company, buyer should pay the shipping charge to us before delivery.
4. The shipping charge does not include any import taxes. Any import charges or fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Please verify with your customs before marking your purchase.
5. Please contact us to get our remittance information. Please inform us right away if you pay any expenses to us. We will let you know the result immediately once we get your request.
WARRANTY
1. We promised no risk buying and 30 days money back service. All the products we provide is brand new, un-used with original packing. Our products’ warranty period is 12 months after delivery.
2. Customers have 30 days to replacement new product(s) or refund on receipt. Please ensure that the package is undamaged when you return it back. Return is not available once the products are damaged by improper use on the buyer’s end. We can not accept any request of refund or replacement without any reasonable reasons.
3. Any quality problem within 30 days, we can return the money back to the buyer or provide bran-new product to replace; quality problem within 2-6 month, we replace bran-new product for the buyer; quality problem within 7-12 month, we repair the damage product for the buyer. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Before returning the items, please confirm the return address and the logistics method with us. After you give the items to the logistic company, please send us the tracking number. As soon as we receive the items, we will tell you know immediately.
5. We will do our best on controlling items quality and logistic. However, complication tends to happen on international orders. If you do not receive your order on times or are not satisfied with the items quality or quantity problem, please contact us as soon as you receive the order.
6. If customers received any defects or damaged on the packages/cartons as well as the products, please refuse to sign the package/cartons and contact us immediately. Please also provide a proof from the shipping companies which prove the damage caused by them. We will ask compensation from the transport companies.
