1.Galvanized wire is classified into hot-dipped and electro galvanized wire.
2.Processing :Our factory produces high tensile galvanized steel wire from choice low carbon steel wire, through the process of wire drawing, acid washing and rust removing, annealing and coiling.
3.Material: low carbon steel wire, non galvanized wire is black wire
4.Wire gauge: BWG8-BWG23,Wire with smaller diameter or bigger one also available for customer choice.
5.Zinc coated: electro galvanized zinc: 4g/m2-25g/m2 hot dipped galvanized zinc: 40g/m2-80g/m2 100g/m2-240g/m2
6.Tensile strength:350-500Mpa
7.Use: woven of wire mesh, fencing for express way and construction etc.
8.Applications:Galvanized wire can be divided according to their purpose, building wire is bundled with 22 # (0.71mm). also weaving wire mesh, mainly used in industry, agriculture, animal husbandry.
9.Packing: small coil or big coil. coil weighted: 5kgs-25kgswarpped with water-proof paper or connected with plastic belt,then put into jute bag or plastic weaving
