Gabion cushions, also called Reno mattresses, are of net cage structure with thickness of 0.15-0.3m (including 0.3m). The gabion cushions are divided into several units by clapboards. To improve the strength of gabion cushions, all the edges of the face plates adopt steel wire with larger diameter. It is mainly applied as slope protection structure of rivers, banks and roads. It can prevent river banks from water and wave invasion and damage, and achieve natural convection and exchange between water and earth under the slope, reaching ecological balance and greening effect when planting on slopes.
