The traditional embroidery backing paper can be completely dissolved above 70 degree, and it can fold easily when finished. This will made some product fade and aesthetic will be influenced.
In order to adapt to the development of embroidery industry, we have developed high-tech cold water soluble film. This product can dissolve at water temperature of 15degree under 20s and completely dissolve within 2min.There won’t be any remnants and hazardous substances, which avoid the textiles going out of shape or fade. Compared with water soluble paper, our embroidery backing film is more convenient.
Embroidery backing film mainly apply to underwear boarding, which feels very soft, no heat-resistant.

Using point for attention:
Use PE wrapping film to bind up the mouth of the bag and put it in a dry place in case of moisture absorption and fold.
After embroidery, you’d better wash it for three times and it would be better to dip in water about 30min for the first time.
Water-soluble film capability of mineral oil, almost all of the fats and oils and organic solvents, but strong acids and alkalis, chlorine free radicals and other chemical reaction with the PVA material (such as borax, boric acid, certain dyes, etc.) can not contacts with the water-soluble film.
