Main Technical Performance:
1.1 Appearance: The Product formed by the anti-sticking paper and butyl rubber, roll black, smooth surface without holes.
1.2 Usage Temperature: -40 oC ~ 80 oC
1.3 Proportion: 1.45 ± 5g/cm2, GB / T 1033
1.4 Water absorption: <0.05% ASTM D-570
1.5 Heat resistance:
(1) Test Methods: Put the roll-shaped product flat in the oven under required temperature inside.
(2) Test conditions: 65 oC 4hr non-flowing
80 oC 24hr non-flowing
1.6 High and low temperature test: after 70 oC × 168h thermal aging test and -55 oC × 168h low temperature tests, no cracks, no foaming.
1.7 Anti-ozone performance: the surface without cracking
(1) Test standard: ASTM D-3833 GB12527
(2) Test conditions: (50 ± 5) × 10-8× 40 oC × 70hr
(3) Test Time: 70h
1.8 Anti-UV performance:
(1) Test standard: GB / T 16422.3-1997
(2) Light source (fluorescence conditions): lamp UV-B313
(3) Cycling conditions:
Black standard temperature (60 + / -3) oC radiation exposure for 4hr, no cracks, no color change.
Black standard temperature (50 + / -3) oC without irradiation, condensation exposure for 4hr, no cracks, no color change
(4) Test Time: 1008 hours
