we developped the penetration and  flexing  resistant  steel plate for safety shoes this year which filled the gap in China

Pls find the test of thes steel plate    as follow:

1.       penetration resistance for peetration insert (BS EN12568:1998,10mm/min):

            size 9    1143N, requirment :min1100N

2.       flexing resistance for steel insole(BS EN12568:1998)

            No crack after 1X10⁶  flexes

         Requirment:No crack after 1X10⁶  flexes

3.       corrosion resostance of metal penetration insert (BS EN12568:1998,1%salt solution ,48Hours)

           No corrosion

Requirment:they shall exhibit no more than five areas of corrosion ,none of which shall exceed 2.5mm²  in area
