3. Work principle

1. Fully arc continuous casting machine mainly consists of tundish, mould , secondary cooling   equipment and withdrawal straightening equipment, all of which are placed on 1/4 arc of a circle. 2.Molten steel will become solid arc billet inside mould and then to be cooled in secondary cooling area when moving forward on the arc track, and fianlly become totally solid and straight after going through withdrawal straightening machine.

3. At last use flame cutting machine/ hydraulic shear to cut billets with required length.
